Staying connected with other parents at this unsettling time is absolutely vital.  We can support each other and share ideas of how to live this new life.  Here are some ways to connect:

1.   Virtual coffee catch up with Susan

Every Friday, starting 03/04/20, I’ll be holding a weekly coffee catch up on-line with Zoom at 10am, Perth time (1pm AEST).  The benefits of talking to other parents who understand the challenges of living with kids with ADHD are well documented.  We benefit from shared stories, realising we have common experiences and swopping strategies and tips which we have found worked.

All you have to do is log in to zoom (a free app), bring your own cup of tea/coffee and join the conversation.  Each week we’ll talk about a topic which we can decide on the day but if you have a suggestion, please send it to email hidden; JavaScript is required

Here are the Zoom details.  The login will be the same each week

Time: Fridays at 10am Perth

Meeting ID: 114 760 833

(Please note this is NOT a coaching session, so I will not be able to provide individual coaching)

2.   Online ADHD Parent coaching sessions

If you, your partner or someone you know is struggling with coming to terms with the new parenting challenges of working from home and/or home schooling or you are experiencing difficulty with mental wellbeing or want help to bolster morale, I’m offering standalone virtual 30-45-minute sessions to provide guidance, tips and ideas.

Please email Susan Hughes for more information or to arrange a 15-minute phone consult to discuss.  Alternatively you might like to fill out this form on my webpage https://susanhughes.com.au/get-in-touch/ and set up a time to talk.
